On May 5, 2021, Medical University of Warsaw - as the first medical university in Poland - signed an insurance contract for conducting medical experiments. The insurer is Wiener TU S.A. Vienna Insurance Group.
The insurance will cover medical experiments conducted by employees, PhD students and students of MUW funded by: NCN, NCBIR, ABM and other external sources financing scientific projects, subventions for science, donations, funds obtained from service activities.
