Dziewięcioro studentów English Division Wydziału Lekarskiego zaprezentowało swoje oryginalne prace naukowe w trakcie 30. edycji International Medical Students’ Conference. Pięcioro z nich: Disha Keshwani, Ishani Khanna, Mohammed Sameh, Olivia Gudziewski oraz Srishti Bhagat zwyciężyło w swoich sesjach tematycznych.
- Disha Keshwani zajęła pierwsze miejsce w sesji Neurology & Neurosurgery. Disha za pracę “miRNAs and extracellular vesicles as fluid biopsy biomarkers in acute ischemic stroke patients”;
- W sesji Internal Medicine zwyciężyła Ishani Khanna za pracę “Long-Term Follow Up of Wilson’s Disease Patients in Poland: Report from the National Reference Centre”;
- W sesji Pediatrics, Neonatology Session Mohammed Sameh został wyróżniony w katergorii Original Research za pracę “Impact of COVID-19 on Pediatric-out-of-hospital cardiac arrest in the Masovian Region”, zaś Olivia Gudziewski w kategorii “Pediatrics Case Report” za pracę “Pancreatic Pseudocysts as a Rare Complication of Acute Pancreatitis in Children - A Comparison of Two Patients” (Ex-aequo z Jagodą Hofman za pracę “The rarest of the rare – a case report of a 10-month-boy diagnosed with Ogden syndrome”);
- Srishti Bhagat zajęła pierwsze miejsce w sesji Public Health za prezentację pracy “Qualitative Study of Occupational Burnout Among Paramedics in Poland through the course of the COVID-19 Pandemic”.

International Medical Students' Conference odbyła się w Krakowie w dniach 1-4 czerwca 2022 r. Organizuje ją co roku Studenckie Towarzystwo Naukowe Collegium Medicum Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego.
