Dr hab. Daniel Śliż from the 3rd Department of Internal Medicine and Cardiology was selected as one of the 11 Champions of the European University Alliance for Public Well-being (EUniWell). Each ambassador will receive up to €15,000 to support welfare science development.
Dr hab. Daniel Śliż will work to strengthen EUniWell's institutional identity by developing common health and well-being standards based on lifestyle medicine.
The Champions' task is also to promote interdisciplinary cooperation, strengthen links between scientists associated in the alliance, popularize welfare research results and develop cooperation with associated partners, representatives of civil society and policymakers in Europe and beyond.
