Warsaw Medical University was part of the Polish academic delegation, which conducted its activities within the exhibition booth organized by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA). The participation in NAFSA enabled us to present the university’s accomplishments and potential on the international arena, while also creating a number of opportunities for meetings with representatives of universities and academic institutions from around the world.
International Cooperation
The talks centered mainly on expanding international cooperation, student and staff mobility, developing joint educational and research initiatives, and building long-term partnerships with universities across different regions of the world. These activities are fully aligned with Warsaw Medical University’s internationalization strategy, which emphasizes increasing the university’s international visibility, strengthening its global position, and creating new opportunities for collaboration for students, PhD students, and staff members.
Meeting with Our EUniWell Partners
During the conference, Prof. Michał Grąt also held meetings with representatives of universities belonging to the EUniWell – European University for Well-Being alliance. The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss future directions of cooperation within the alliance, exchange experiences, and identify new areas for joint activities in education, research, and internationalization. Warsaw Medical University’s participation in NAFSA 2026 confirms the university’s active engagement in developing international academic partnerships and consistent strengthening of its presence within the global higher education landscape.
