In the latest edition of the prestigious List of One Hundred ranking, ten representatives of our university, including Professor Michał Grąt, were featured. This is yet another time the plebiscite committee has recognized the achievements and positive impact of WUM representatives on the development of medicine and healthcare in Poland.
The List of One Hundred includes the one hundred most influential individuals in Polish medicine and the healthcare system. In the 2025 edition, the selection was made by a committee of 37 experts chaired by Prof. Henryk Skarżyński. Candidates were evaluated in three categories: achievements and accomplishments, positive impact on the development of Polish medicine and the healthcare system, and the strength of their public influence. The winners were announced during a ceremonial gala held on March 4 in Warsaw.

- 1st place – Leader of the List of One Hundred: Prof. Michał Grąt, Vice Rector for Internationalization, Promotion and Development at WUM, Head of the Chair and Department of General, Transplant and Liver Surgery
- 7th place - Prof. Piotr H. Skarżyński, Department of Heart Failure and Cardiac Rehabilitation
- 19th place - Prof. Mariusz Kuśmierczyk, Head of the Department of Cardiac, Thoracic and Transplant Surgery
- 33rd place - Prof. Marcin Grabowski, Head of the 1st Chair and Department of Cardiology
- 34th place - Prof. Leszek Czupryniak, Head of the Department of Diabetology and Internal Medicine
- 58th place - Prof. Rafał Krenke, Rector of WUM, Head of the Chair and Department of Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Diseases and Allergy
- 61st place – Dr. hab. Mariusz Wyleżoł, 2nd Chair and Department of General, Vascular and Oncological Surgery
- 82nd place - Prof. Anna Kostera-Pruszczyk, Head of the Chair and Department of Neurology
- 90th place - Prof. Jacek Szaflik, Head of the Chair and Department of Ophthalmology and Director of the Independent Public Clinical Ophthalmology Hospital in Warsaw
- 97th place - Prof. Hanna Szajewska, Head of the Department of Pediatrics
