Professor Aneta Nitsch-Osuch appointed to the Polish Accreditation Committee

Professor Aneta Nitsch-Osuch, Vice-Dean for Curriculum and Quality of Education at the Faculty of Medicine of the Medical University of Warsaw, was appointed on June 12, 2025, by the Minister of Science and Higher Education and joined the Medical and Health Sciences Section of the Polish Accreditation Committee (PKA), where she had previously served as an expert.

The Polish Accreditation Committee is an independent institution responsible for ensuring and improving the quality of education. Its main objectives include safeguarding compliance with quality standards adopted for higher education, based on best practices in the European and global education area, and supporting both public and private universities in enhancing the quality of education and fostering a culture of quality. 
These activities aim to ensure that graduates of Polish universities gain a strong position in both the national and international labor markets and to increase the competitiveness of Polish universities as European institutions.
 

The Polish Accreditation Committee pursues its mission through mandatory program evaluations and by providing opinions on applications concerning the right to offer degree programs.
