Official gala ceremony

The diploma presentation ceremony took place on May 8 and was attended by representatives of the rector’s authorities of medical universities.

“Your presence in this room demonstrates that you fully understand how important the path of scientific development is for a physician. Ten of you decided to begin doctoral studies even before completing your medical studies. You conduct research, participate in scientific projects, and write scientific papers that are published. You speak at conferences and, above all, set an example for other students that it is worth reaching further, seeking your own paths, being ambitious and hardworking, and doing more than what is expected of you,” Prof. Olczak-Kowalczyk said to our students.
The WUM Vice Rector added, “Looking at all the laureates from medical universities, I believe that Polish science and Polish medicine have a bright future ahead. Looking at WUM students fills me with enormous pride and joy. You are worthy of our two-hundred-year tradition!”
