What is BraveCamp?
Students and doctoral students of WUM, UW and partner universities who are qualified for the program take part in workshops and consultations with recognized experts in the field of business, social activity or the art of presentation. During the workshops, they learn how to develop their idea, but also how to present it to investors in order to finalize their project, i.e., enter the market.
The closing ceremony is the culmination of BraveCamp. That is when 12 authors of the best ideas (selected by a preliminary jury, which, this year, included Dr Jakub Sokolnicki, the Head of the WUM Career Office) present their projects to the jury and the audience for only 3 minutes. Winners are selected in the following categories: Zebra Investi, Impact Panda, Excel Ninja and Lab Rat. The market potential of the projects and their impact on the environment are taken into account.
The group of winners of BraveCamp 2026

- Jakub Miros from the University of Warsaw, who was awarded in the Impact Panda category (a project that can have the greatest impact on the community) for the Aletheia project, which in order to respond to the problem of mass disinformation, performs real-time analyses of the content of social platforms;
