Our professors received nomination acts

On 25 February 2026 the President of the Republic of Poland handed the nominations. The group of academic teachers and employees of science and art who received professorial nominations from Karol Nawrocki on that day included:
  • Prof. Wojciech Feleszko from the Department of Pediatric Respiratory Diseases and Allergology UCC MUW – the title of the professor of medical sciences and health sciences in the discipline of medical sciences
  • Prof. Joanna Giebułtowicz from the Department of Drug Chemistry, Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis MUW – the title of the professor of medical sciences and health sciences in the discipline of pharmaceutical sciences
  • Prof. Andrea Horvath from the Department of Pediatrics UCC MUW – the title of the professor of medical sciences and health sciences in the discipline of medical sciences
  • Prof. Edyta Krzych-Fałta, the Head of the Department of Nursing Propaedeutics MUW – the title of the professor of medical sciences and health sciences in the discipline of health sciences
  • Prof. Piotr Luliński, the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy MUW – the title of the professor of medical sciences and health sciences in the discipline of pharmaceutical sciences
  • Prof. Piotr Myrcha, the Head of the Chair and Department of General and Vascular Surgery MUW – the title of the professor of medical sciences and health sciences in the discipline of medical sciences
  • Prof. Tadeusz Nasierowski from the Chair and Department of Psychiatry MUW – the title of the professor of medical sciences and health sciences in the discipline of medical sciences
  • Prof. Anna Potulska-Chromik from the Chair and Department of Neurology UCC MUW – the title of the professor of medical sciences and health sciences in the discipline of medical sciences

Our scientists were awarded the title of professor under the decision dated February 18, 2026. The ceremony was held in the Presidential Palace a week later. The nomination acts were received by 97 people.
