Our experts join the leadership of the Polish Society of Endocrinology

Elected to the Main Board of the Society were Prof. Urszula Ambroziak, Head of the Chair and Department of Internal Medicine and Endocrinology at the University Clinical Center of the Medical University of Warsaw (UCK WUM), and Prof. Przemysław Witek, Head of the Department and Clinic of Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, and Diabetology at the Medical University of Warsaw. Their term will last four years.

Our specialists were elected by the General Assembly on September 12 during the 23rd Congress of the Polish Society of Endocrinology. This is the first time in the Society’s history that two scientists from the same university have joined its board. It also confirms the position of the Medical University of Warsaw as a leading center of endocrinology in Poland. 

The Polish Society of Endocrinology, founded in 1949, is the largest association of endocrinologists and researchers in endocrinology and metabolic diseases in Poland.
