MUW student on the Higher Medical Education Committee
Agata Andrzejczyk, the chairperson of our Student Government, also became the chairperson of one of the committees of the Polish Student Parliament.

Last weekend, during the LXXXVIII Congress of the Higher Medical Education Committee of the Polish Students' Parliament at the Medical University of Łódź, the election of the new presidium for 2023 took place.

Agata Andrzejczyk, president of the MUW Student Government, became the new president.

The other members of the new presidium are as follows: vice-presidents - Ryszard Feret from the Jagiellonian University Students' Self-Government; Anastazja Kruchelska from the UMB Students' Self-Government; Bogumiła Kochanek from the Students' Self-Government of the UMK Medical College; Damian Durys from the Students' Parliament of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin.

The Higher Medical Education Committee is one of ten sectoral committees under the Parliament of Students of the Republic of Poland. They were set up so that student councils of similar universities could cooperate more easily. The committees are also involved in giving their opinion on draft legislation submitted by the Ministry of Education and Science.
