Among other things, they discussed the possibility of starting a first job and various forms of contracts, as well as the possibility of simultaneous employment and continuation of graduate studies. Students were introduced to issues of professional responsibility and those related to work safety in hospital wards. Ward nurses shared the specifics of the functioning of selected wards. Students were also able to ask questions that bothered them.
The meeting was held on the initiative of Bożena Ścieglińska, Chief Nurse of the Children's Clinical Hospital UCC MUW, and Łukasz Czyżewski, MD, PhD, Vice Dean for Nursing at the Faculty of Health Sciences. In addition, the meeting was attended by the deputy labor manager Magdalena Barbachowska and ward nurses from the Children's Clinical Hospital.
