Application form for citizens of Ukraine wishing to continue their studies at WUM.
- Applicants who crossed the Polish-Ukrainian border after 24.02.2022 can apply;
- Submitting the application form is not tantamount to the admission;
- The number of places on particular courses is limited;
- Admission will be determined by the student's knowledge of Polish or English and verification of knowledge and curriculum completed in Ukraine;
- Applications will be verified in the Dean's Offices of the faculties, depending on the faculty to which the application is directed.
