New mobile survey application

The adWUM application was created to encourage students to provide their opinions about the teaching activities, studying conditions and practices at the University. It can be downloaded to all Android and IOS mobile devices. The adWUM makes it easy to access the questionnaires and speed up answering them.

Surveys are a simple and very important tool that the university uses to improve teaching. It was created to get more students to share their insights on teaching. Now you will be able to give your opinion and rating faster and more conveniently. Student information and comments are extremely helpful in analyzing the university's educational methods and deciding what to change and what to improve. Student feedback also serves specific educators who can use it when planning future classes.
What is important - filling out surveys in the mobile application is fully anonymous. The procedure to ensure anonymity was checked, tested and accepted by the representatives of the MUW Student Government. In the system used in the application it is not possible to check who answered what. You can stop taking the survey at any time and return to it later to complete it. The answers previously given are saved only on the mobile device used by the student. You can log in to a survey from another device, but please note that you will have to start the survey from the beginning if you stop. This is dictated by data security. To use the app, you need to log in to it using the same username and password that you use when logging into the SSL-VPN platform.
The MUW lecturers are also invited to use the application, thanks to the adWUM they can view the student evaluations of their classes on an ongoing basis. The app also allows them to add three additional questions to the AOZINA survey. This allows the questionnaire to take into account the specifics that characterize a given class. Logging into the adWUM by the lecturers follows the same rules as for the students.
The app currently features:
1.    AOZINA — questionnaire evaluating the classes and the teachers conducting these classes
2.    AOWS — assessment of the conditions of studying, e.g.: adaptation classes, dormitories, library, deans' offices, infrastructure, supervisor of the year, virtual deans' office
3.    AOP – internship evaluation
All in two language versions.
In the longer term, both students and educators will have access to other surveys, developed as needs and expectations arise.
The app for Android devices can be downloaded from the Google Play

The app for IOS devices can be downloaded from the App Store
