The main objective of the conference is to present the Strategy "Good relations between medical staff and patients" developed by a team of experts from the Medical University of Warsaw, Medical Communication Academy and Polish Medical Communication Association. The presentation of the Strategy will be accompanied by discussions on two issues: practical actions that can be taken to improve the quality of healthcare in Poland, and the realities and challenges of teaching communication skills to medical students and staff.
