In connection with the growing problems related to obtaining a medical certificate on no contraindication on influenza vaccination, I would like to inform you that:
- the University still has free vaccines,
- medical qualification for vaccination can be obtained at the Medical Center of the Medical University of Warsaw, immediately before vaccination.

Persons interested in vaccination are requested to submit an e-mail to the following address: szczepienia@wum.edu.pl , and after receiving a return email - to go to the vaccination.
The application should contain:
• for students / PhD students: name, surname, year and field of study, contact phone number,
• for MUW employees / employees of hospitals and MUW companies: name, surname, name of the organizational unit, contact phone number.
Place and times of vaccination:
Medical Center at 5 Nielubowicz Street, room 215, between 11:00-18:00.
