The Medical University of Warsaw and the Warsaw University of Technology with the Innovation Pearl - Progress Award

On 10th December, during the ceremony at the Royal Castle in Warsaw, the results of the 16th edition of the Ranking of Pearls of the Polish Economy were announced. The research group from our University and the Warsaw University of Technology received the Progress Award - Innovation Pearl for the development of a manufacturing technology of an innovative bioactive dental implant.

The awards ceremony was attended by: prof. Lidia Rudnicka - Vice-Rector of the Medical University of Warsaw, prof. Wojciech Święszkowski from the Warsaw University of Technology and Piotr Wychowański, PhD from the MUW's Department of Conservative Dentistry (research group leader).

The Pearls of the Polish Economy ranking, organized by the Polish Market magazine and the Main Council of the Research Institutes, is the most objective positioning of enterprises. The algorithm developed by researchers from the Warsaw School of Economics ranks companies using international audit indicators, according to strict economic criteria. The aim of ranking is to promote Polish economy, science and culture all over the world.
