The National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) published the list of institutions that have received funding from the PROM Programme and Medical University of Warsaw (MUW) was among the recipients. MUW received the maximum amount of funding in the sum of PLN 1170 694.00.
The aim of the PROM Programme is to provide financial support to Polish universities and scientific institutions for the promotion of international scholarship exchange of doctoral students and academic staff. MUW’s project entails funding of 66 PhD students, 15 academic teachers and 20 PhD students from abroad. Participants will have the opportunity to exchange information with other researchers and gain knowledge, new competencies and qualifications through short (5 to 30 days) educational visits. MUW will also host researchers from across Europe and beyond. It is expected that faculty and student mobility at MUW will increase greatly.
