Responding to the needs of the digital generation
The implementation of the student e-file is an important element of building a modern and friendly academic environment, as well as a response to the needs of young people functioning in the digital world on a daily basis. From anywhere and at any time, the e-file will provide them with instant and convenient access to their own documentation and contact with the university regarding issues related to the course of study, thereby improving the comfort of studying.
Safer and more efficient
The e-file will also benefit the administrative staff of the university, reducing the need to keep and store paper documentation. The security of stored personal information will also improve.
Ecological approach
Reducing paper documentation will translate into the reduced use of paper, energy, office supplies (such as toners and printer inks) and other resources necessary to archive prints. It is therefore an action for sustainable development.
From e-applications to the diploma thesis review system
From 1 October this year, the students will be able to generate and download automatically generated certificates confirming the student status. These documents will have full legal force through the use of a qualified university seal.
The next step of implementation will involve the introduction of a fully digitized process of handling diploma theses: from the approval of the advisor and the subject of the thesis, through anti-plagiarism verification, to the generation and approval of the diploma examination report.
The next step is the introduction of electronic practical training logs.
