He emphasized that the network of contacts developed over the years of study is a valuable capital of knowledge, experience and competences that graduates will be able to use to face further professional and personal challenges.

Acknowledgements to the lecturers and the team

Graduation was an opportunity to distinguish lecturers who received the highest grades from students for conducting classes: Prof. Monika Raulinajtys-Grzybek, Prof. Rafał Mrówka and Prof. Justyna Esther Król-Całkowska. All lecturers were thanked for sharing their knowledge and experience and for the time devoted to the participants of the program.

Words of gratitude were also addressed to Magdalena Brzezińska and Anna Ulatowska and everyone from the program office, whose daily work allows for the efficient implementation of the MBA program.

Strategic thinking in a changing world

The ceremony was complemented by a lecture by Anna Gołębicka, an economist and expert in the field of healthcare. The lecture was devoted to the relationship between crisis management and strategic thinking. The speaker highlighted that the development of the organization rarely proceeds in a linear manner, and the crisis does not have to mean the end, but may become the beginning of another stage of development. She warned against the illusory sense of security that often appears during periods of prosperity and leads to the weakening of the adaptability of the organization. She also talked about the role of strategy in management, noting that it sets the course of action, but should not be treated as a rigid plan. In a well-defined strategy, the goal remains unchanged, while the way it is achieved may evolve together with changing circumstances.
