Due to the completion of Professor Mariusz Gujski's mission as the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences MUW, the Rector entrusted the management of the faculty to Dr. Patryk Rzońca.
Prof. Rafał Krenke, the Rector, sent a letter to Prof. Mariusz Gujski thanking him for his daily work and didactic and organizational successes in this position. The Rector expressed his appreciation for his achievements and significant contribution to the development of the Faculty of Health Sciences and the entire university. At the same time, he emphasized the extraordinary passion and scientific achievements of Professor Mariusz Gujski in the field of evidence-based public health, preventive medicine, health promotion and health communication.
At the same time, the Rector entrusted Dr. Patryk Rzońca with the management of the Faculty of Health Sciences. Dr. Patryk Rzońca is the Head of the Department of Human Anatomy at the Faculty of Health Sciences, and since June 2024 he has been the Vice Dean for dietetics and emergency medicine.
The Faculty of Health Sciences MUW is one of the four pillars of our university. Five key fields of health care are taught here: nursing, midwifery, emergency medicine, public health and dietetics. In total, almost 3,000 students study at the Faculty. Since its establishment in 2000, a total of 24,000 students graduated from the Faculty.
