Cooperation under the agreement will include, among other things, education and training for academic and administrative staff of the Medical University of Warsaw conducted by the police on how to respond to situations threatening life or health (e.g., assaults, acts of aggression, use of psychoactive substances), education and training for students on how to behave in dangerous situations and how to avoid risky situations. Under the agreement, students will also be able to undertake internships at the Warsaw Police Headquarters. The police and the university will also organize meetings promoting service in the police force. The institutions will also exchange information and jointly analyze threats.

Agreement on security and countering threats
Prof. Rafał Krenke, Rector of the Medical University of Warsaw, and Junior Inspector Dr Krzysztof Ogroński, Commander of the Warsaw Police, signed a cooperation agreement on ensuring safety and counteracting threats on the premises of our university, resulting, among other things, from acts of aggression, crisis events, and incidents of a terrorist or mass nature.
