The choir’s repertoire included songs by well-known and beloved singers and bands, such as ABBA, Billie Eilish, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran and Pink. All, of course, in choral arrangements. It was joyful, at times very energetic, and at times - touching.
Among the guests of this unusual musical event were: Rector Prof. Rafal Krenke, Vice Rectors: Prof. Michał Grąt and Prof. Marcin Sobczak, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Prof. Paweł Włodarski and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Jacek Sieńko, MD, PhD.

Why „Rewrite the Stars”?
- This is the title of one of the songs sung. It comes from the popular musical “King of Entertainment,” which tells the story that if you believe strongly, you can make any dream come true. And we trust that this includes the musical dreams as well - says one of the choristers Magdalena Synowiec.
Many hours of rehearsals
The choir had been preparing for the concert for eight months - from October to May. They practiced twice a week at rehearsals lasting two hours each and during two weekend trips. In addition, each chorister regularly worked on voice emission in individual lessons with conductor Daniel Synowiec.
In addition to preparing for the concert, the group also worked on a carol program, which they performed several times in Warsaw churches, as well as on pieces with which they performed as many as 16 times during university ceremonies: inaugurations, matriculations and graduation ceremonies. So there was a lot going on with our choir, but it can be said that they managed all the performances 100 percent!
The next such performance - next year! You are already cordially invited!
