Transfers
A student may come to the University from other school if he/she gets the Dean’s permission and fulfills all the requirements stemming from the regulations of the University he/she comes from.
The decision to accept an individual who began studies abroad belongs to the Dean.
Students transferred from other universities that have different curricula can continue studying at a corresponding year of studies on condition that they make up for all the outstanding work. The respective decisions belong to the Dean.
A student who wants to transfer to our school is requested to submit the following:
- Intention letter stating a reason of transfer
- Original Transcript of record confirming year of study, subjects taken, number of hours, kind of assessment, grades achieved and additionally, in some uncertain cases also the curriculum
- filled in application form
- filled in affidavit of citizenship
- Declaration (concerns only candidates from UE and EFTA)
- photocopy of the applicant’s passport
- health certificate
- six passport photographs 3,5 x 5,5 cm signed on the back (no head cover please)
- copy of money transfer of application fee amounting to 100,00 EUR (non-refundable)
Note: In the academic year 2008/2009 we accept transfers for second year only. As English Division has limited number of places, we take under consideration only applications which fulfill all requirements.

- fee for each outstanding course being a subject of conditional acceptance
